What We Do

HILLTOP KIDS is a nonprofit organization that provides children with safe recreational activities, skill development, and leadership opportunities. We create an environment where young people can thrive through structured programming and supportive mentorship.

Safe Recreation

We provide supervised recreational activities in a secure environment where children can play, explore, and have fun while building friendships and social skills with their peers.

Skill Development

Our programs focus on developing essential life skills including communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and critical thinking through hands-on activities and guided learning experiences.

Leadership Opportunities

We empower children to become leaders by providing opportunities to take initiative, mentor younger participants, and contribute meaningfully to their community through service projects.

Our after-school programs provide a safe haven for children when school ends. We offer homework assistance, structured play time, and educational enrichment activities that support academic success while allowing children to decompress and socialize.

Ashley brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit management and youth development to HILLTOP KIDS. Her passion for community service and child advocacy drives the organization's strategic vision and daily operations.

With a background in social work and nonprofit administration, Ashley has overseen the expansion of our programs and the development of key community partnerships that have strengthened our impact throughout Mishawaka.
